And a Happy New Year!

 [Posted 31-Dec-2008]

So, as 2008 draws to a close, I'd like to thank everyone for their wonderful support of my books. It's been an amazing year for  me -- I still can't quite believe I wrote roughly 700,000 words! -- and much of the amazingness is because you wonderful readers have continued to support me. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I hope 2009 brings you much joy.

Well, it's Christmas Eve here in Australia ... so I'm wishing each and every one of you a peaceful and joyous festive season, no matter where you are or what your holiday flavour of choice might be. For me, it is Christmas -- so deck the halls with boughs of holly! And thank you, all, for your continued wonderful support.

Progressing on various fronts

 [Posted 05-Dec-2008]

Life just doesn't slow down, does it? The galleys have been proofed for the next Rogue Agent adventure, Witches Inc. That's out in Australia next April, and mid-year in the US and UK. Now I'm working towards finishing The Prodigal Mage, first part of the sequel to the Kingmaker, Kingbreaker books. That's out next year too. Stay tuned ...

Wild Space launch

 [Posted 05-Dec-2008]

Don't forget that Wild Space, my first Star Wars novel, set directly after the events of Attack of the Clones and the first Clone Wars movie, goes on sale this weekend in Australia. The launch is at Galaxy bookshop, which is behind the Queen Victoria Building at Town Hall, in Sydney. Things kick off at 11 am. Hope to see you there!
